The Summer went by so quickly with a lot less warmth and sunshine than expected. Thankfully all the summer activities and fun are still around. For the season black and white stripes have been a big hit. They are everywhere in apparel, shoes and accessories too. The great thing is these stripes can become timeless fashion staples so keep them close. With a few weeks left in the season, be comfortable, be stylish be bold!

The clock has been set back an hour, the temperature has fallen drastically and bright colors are a huge hit on the runways this Fall. Be transcended to a tropical paradise with the warm hues of the season. Some of my favorites for the season are: burnt orange, primrose yellow, royal blue and egg plant.

These primary colors are sure to brighten any dull Fall day. Have fun being trendy and bold.

It’s always refreshing when we get a burst of sunshine and warmth in the middle of the cold season. Yesterday was no exception when the thermometers were at a record high of 80 degrees F. This makes for the perfect excuse to be fashion forward and wear trends for Spring and Summer 2013. So what’s on the 2013 fashion runways?  Bright,  warm hues for men and women. The colors peach, red orange and persimmon are sure to be crowd pleasers  just to name a few. In the mean time, stay warm and watch out for the next weather anomaly.

They are everywhere in coats, pants, tops, accessories and my favorite, shoes. Suede and pony hair shoes are in with a variety of colors and prints! Ok ok it is official Fall is here and it is going nowhere and I have the climate to prove it! Almost without warning the temperature dropped from the high 70’s to the 60’s. Brrrrrrr……But who is complaining, there is still lots to look forward to namely the season’s fashion and family holidays. A few fashion trends for the season include textured fabrics such as suede and pony hair, bright colors and the clutch, which in my mind is a timeless accessory. Whatever way you chose to wear these trendy styles be carefree, creative and fearless! 🙂

The days are drawing near where coats, scarfs and sweater will be front center in the fashion world and sandal and shorts will be a thing of the past. The good thing is this is only for a season or two. Then the cycle begins again. Nothing screams summer that Summer vacations. Whether they are taken for 2 weeks, a week of just a long weekend they are still fun and great!
